Development
Development is evolving rapidly and new platforms and new technology are constantly emerging. There will be new electronics, new components, drivers and new ways of communicating.
Our responsibility is to keep ourselves updated. We work with all phases of a development project, from feasibility studies, technology and architecture selection to design and programming. We work with embedded systems or various forms of IT solutions.
This may involve the development of platforms for radio base stations, medical equipment, trucks, trains or industrial technology. It can also be Internet-based services and support systems at telecom operators, banks, insurance companies, gaming companies and authorities.
Our consultants are often involved in projects that place high demands on security, performance, data volumes and robustness. Sylog's consultants have an understanding of the big picture and deep knowledge in technology, integration, security and testing.
In recent years, more and more of our customers have chosen to work with agile methods, we now have over 50 certified Scrum Masters. We also have many years of experience in test-driven development.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
With some of Sweden's most experienced testers, we help you with tests, test management and process improvements.
A telephone exchange, an internet bank, an IT system in an airplane or in a car. Before the systems are launched, they must work. Testing and quality assurance is an important part of the process. New systems are always expensive to develop but they will be even more expensive if they malfunction. Sylog's consultants plans and carries out tests, from start to finish. From web and telecom to products in medical research. We can also support with expertise in verification and validation to ensure that a product or an IT system passes a certification.
We are used to acting as mentors and coaches to support our customers in their quality work.
Test automation is another area for us. We participate in a variety of projects to automate manual work. Our consultants in the test area are of course ISTQB certified.
All our consultants in testing have more than five years of experience in the field. For us, it is important to streamline and document test activities at the customer.

By working agile and with continuous reconciliations with the end users (prototypes, user tests and surveys), we ensure the experience is properly designed.
Brand & design
We have solid experience of developing and building brands and design solutions. From formulation of value words to final results that result in graphic concepts, guidelines, design systems and / or graphic profiling.

South Pole Consulting, a part of Sylog, offers Sweden's leading consultants for development of systems with Linux as a base.
For many companies, Linux is the obvious choice in embedded systems. We have extensive experience of, and know the special requirements placed on this type of development. Our consultants are Sweden's foremost in device driver development, software development, optimization, troubleshooting and technical project management. We work hard and have a genuine interest in continuing to lead development in these areas.
